After the Volashnic Rift there were a few years of chaos, because of the rift the entirety of the fishing industry of the Cindrisian Archipelago collapsed in an instant.
During those messy years the people of Cindris suffered under the leadership of The Council. They enforced strict rationing rules and the economy of the archipelago was declining too quickly, the people started to become discontent with The Council.
This growing amount of discontent and anger towards The Council made the people of Ashport start a revolution, it started with peaceful protests which The Council promptly tried to stop with a iron fist, this made the people even angrier.
The people begun to load onto ships and sailed towards King’s isle in one big fleet, once there they stormed the castle, The Council surrendered and gave up their power, and a new form of government was formed in the Political shift
