Salt-Steamed Dragonfly is a Telacallian delicacy, especially popular under the working class. The delicacy is prepared by first salting the dragonflies and then steaming them, some recipes require the water used to steam the dragonflies to be mixed with salt to increase the flavour, although its unknown if it really does anything.
