The water refinery is one of the most important buildings in Ashport, since the Volashnic Rift made the water from the Volashnic Sea toxic for land animals and Ashport’s inhabitants to consume filtering the water is required, the water refinery is the second step in the cleaning of water.
The water is first filtered inside King’s Crossing where it is cleaned of heavy metals and large particles, then it is dumped into the Aquashnic Sea, Aquashnic sea water is then used in the water refinery and filtered once more to make it safe for animals and people to consume. The refinery uses Spidersilk Filters just like King’s Crossing, although the filters last longer since less water passes through them.
